Affiliate Manager Position

The Affiliate Program Marketing Center is the affiliate division of ABCleads.com, the leader in exclusive sales leads delivered in real time. ABCLeads is an East Greenwich, RI based company that produces sales leads via the internet for a national customer base in the home improvement and insurance industries.

Presently we are looking to hire an Affiliate Manager to help recruit, and provide on-going support to webmasters who participate in our program. Potential candidates for this position would need to have the necessary skills to effectively interact with independent webmasters in both a supportive role and with our back end tracking systems. A short summary of tasks would be;

Recruit new affiliates to join our program.
Assist new and established participants with any creative and advertising needs they may have.
Create and send a weekly newsletter to all affiliates detailing new product offerings and bonus programs.
Manage monthly payout of all affiliates through our reporting software.
Negotiate, and set pay out amounts for all affiliates.
Participate in industry gatherings such as Affiliate trade shows, summits.
Work in a team fashion with the sales division of ABCLeads for the purpose of coordinating the needs of our customer base with lead flow.
Work with lead aggregators for large lead purchases.

Candidates for this position would need to be able to work independently and in a team environment.
